Questions
What’s a "credit"?
A credit is €0.01. Skills consume credits based on the AI model used and the size of the input. Most skills cost €0.01-€0.05. Premium skills like multi-agent review cost more (€0.30-€1.00). You see the exact cost after every run.
How does cost-plus work?
We pay the model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) at their published rates, then add a 30% margin to cover infrastructure, support, and product work. With BYOK on Pro and Power tiers, that margin drops to 0% — we just route.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can top up any time without changing tiers, or wait for the next billing cycle. Credits never expire within 12 months of purchase. We email you at 80% and 100% usage so there’s no surprise.
Can I cancel?
Yes, one click in the IDE’s account panel. Refunds for unused time on request — email the founder.
