Refund Policy

Refunds are a single email. We don't make this hard.

Within 30 days of a charge: full refund on request, no questions asked. Email [email protected]. Beyond 30 days we evaluate case-by-case. We don't refund consumed AI tokens (we already paid the upstream provider for them), but we do refund the unused balance of a subscription.
